I looked around a little and I dont have a recording of that particular '74 Bertha, yet. Billy's drumming there screams september to me, i.e. Alexandria Palace shows. My best guess would be somewhere between 9/9 and the Winterland shows in October.

Sure is fun to try and figure it out like on that old game show, "Name that tune", I think it was called.

Anyway, I'll be interested to see what show its from and will probably run into it sooner than later.

Cool video. Thanks for posting.

I always liked the '71 versions of this tune the best. Fresh and absolutely rockin'.

I don't know, but that video is fun. I didn't realize how different Bertha sounded over the years. There's some funny comments there:

"After´╗┐ all that, you would think that she would have gotten the message not to come around anymore."

"I could almost taste the cocaine coming through the speakers during´╗┐ the '81 version."

You must be a fan of One Kind Favor?

Thanks for the posts everyone. "Name that date and venue" step right up! I was thinking June as well. 6-22-1974 has a similar flavor. Any idea where I could find a copy of 6-16-1974?
